You will learn a simple method of painting a seascape using a range of techniques. We will practice the 'wet on wet' technique to blend the colours, then explore a range of ways to add detail, form and texture.
As well as complete beginners, this will be suitable for those who are well versed in watercolour but want to explore a more relaxed and playful approach. There will be various options to add complexity or perfect techniques for those who wish to challenge themselves.
Included in the ticket price is:
- Two hours of tuition in a friendly small group setting
- A glass of Prosecco, or soft alternative
- A simple frame to showcase your artwork
- All painting materials are included
Please note that a paper ticket will not be sent out to you. Receipt of this purchase serves as your ticket. A reminder will be sent out to you nearer the time of the event.

Occasionally if the cancellation is made with plenty of notice, I am able to transfer the booking to a future event or issue a voucher, however this can not be guaranteed. Please double check your calendars prior to making a booking.
The workshops are intended to be a warm, welcoming, and accepting environment within which people are able to relax and enjoy being creative. In the unlikely event that a person's behaviour is upsetting or innapropriate they may be asked to leave the session before it has ended, or prevented from attending further workshops.
